To make a new DataRaptor, go to the App Launcher, find “OmniStudio DataRaptors,” and click New.
1. Add the DataRaptor Interface Name, set Interface Type to Load, Input Type to JSON, Output Type to Sobject, and then click Save.
2. In the Object tab, choose the Contact object.
3. In the Fields tab, select and map the Contact fields you wish to update or insert data into, such as Id, Name, Birthdate, Phone, etc.
4. Match the ContactId from the input JSON with the Id of the Contact SObject and designate it as the Upsert Key.
5. In the Preview tab, input the JSON data and click execute.
